" Filloas" by Alex Buño, 5A

This is my recipe of Galician crepes: filloas.
You need:
6 eggs
300 grames of flour
1/2 litres of milk
butter
anise
salt....
Eating filloas is traditional in Carnival.They are typical in our Carnival. I hope you like the recipe.
