I want to be a chef like Carlos Arguillano

because I like cooking.The chefs work in

restaurants,ships and hotels.They  usually

wear  black trousers ,a white jacket and

a white tall hat.They prepare lunches and

dinners .Their work is hard.I think

this job is funny.

Hi friends,
My post is about a nun who worked a lot to help illness and poor peole in India. .

Mother Teresa (26 August 1910 – 5 September 1997),  , was a Roman Catholic nun of Albanian ethnicity and Indian citizenship, who founded the Missionaries of Charity in Calcutta, India, in 1950. For over 45 years, she ministered to the poor, sick, orphaned, and dying, while guiding the Missionaries of Charity's expansion, first throughout India and then in other countries. 

Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity at the time of her death had 610 missions in 123 countries including hospices and homes for people with HIV / AIDS, leprosy and tuberculosis, soup kitchens, children's and family counselling programmes, orphanages and schools. She received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979.

Leonardo da Vinci was a Florentine painter , an anatomist, architect, artist, botanist, scientist ,writer , sculptor, philosopher , engineer, inventor, musician, poet and town planner.
He was born in Vinci on April 15,1452 and died in Amboise on Mai 2,1519, at the age of 67.His more famous historical association is the painting, being two of his famous works ,The Gioconda and The Last Dinner,copied and paradied in several occasions.
As engineer and inventor , Leonardo developed ideas very advanced to his time, such as the helicopter, the car of combat and the car.

HI!.

I'm Laura and this is my daily routine:
I wake up at quarter past eight ,but I get up at half past eight. Later I get dressed .I always have breakfast at ten to nine .I wash my face and I make my bed. I comb my hair three times a day and I brush my teeth.Later I go to school with my sister. At nine o'clock,we start school lessons.We go home at two o'clock.
My mother prepares the meal and we eat it.Later I do my homework and study.I play with my friends in the afternoon.I have a bath at night.On Mondays and Tuesdays I go to the swimming pool.At six o'clock I have tea.I like watching " clan tv" in the afternoon and at night...Sometimes I play with the wii. Everyday I talk to my friends and family . I sleep at night because I´m very tired.Tomorrow is another day!.

Hi!
I'm Laura and this is my pet, a dog. Its name is Lili.It is four years old.My dog has got short, straight, brown hair and brown eyes and a short tail.
It likes meat, fish, biscuits and milk but it doesn´t like fruit or vegetables.

It doesn't like having a bath or cats.

It's lovely and she is mum of two little dogs.It is friend of a cat and it lives with this cat. It has got other friend, Lolo . Lolo is a dog too.
It lives in the village"VILA MAIOR" , it lives free and it doesn't like going to the city.It goes with my grandad to visit the cows.
It is a beatiful dog . When my little sister sings, it sings too. It´s fun.

Hi, Los Rosales!

In Britain, the most important meal on December 25th is Christmas dinner. The traditional dinner is roast turkey with carrots, potatoes, peas and mnce pies. After the turkey, there´s a Christmas pudding. Crackers are also usual at Christmas dinner in Britain.
In La Coruña, we don´t eat turkey. Our special dinner is on Christmas Eve. We don´t have crackers. But we listen to Christmas songs too. Here is a version of Jingle Bells. I hope you like it. MERRY CHRISTMAS!.
