In this photo I was 1.In this photo I was at my grandma's house. My favourite toy was a barbie doll.I didn't go to school because I was very little.I didn't have a mobile phone,but now I've got it.In this photo I was at Christmas.My favourite food was oranges and apples.

When I was 1 I lived in Murcia.In Murcia I had lots of friends: Carla,Pablo,Paula..

.I didn't have headphones because I hate them.I had a DVD player.Using it I watched a lot of films.

In this photo I wore a red dress.

When I was 1 I  didn't use a digital camera but my dad had one of this.

I  went to the park with my friends.

I didn't have a memory stick.I didn't have a laptop,but I had a lot of dresses because I loved dresses.

"Caves"by Belén, 6B

    

Hi classmates,
Last term I read "Caves" in the English classroom.This book tells us about  caves.Now I know that:

*  The Mammoth Cave in Kentucky in the USA is the biggest cave system in the world.
* Most caves are limestone caves.
* It can take one year for a stalactite to grow 2 centimetres.
* Ice caves are the most dangerous kinds of caves.
* The longest lava cave is  in Hawaii and is more than 11 kilometres long.
In the book there is also a story " The lucky accident".The story is about four children who discovered an amazing cave with paintings more than 20, 000 years old!.

"My ideal job" by Belén, 6B

When I'm older I want to be a teacher because I love teaching and kids.Teachers teach in schools.They work very hard and they teach people and help kids to learn.I think the best thing about this job is to meet kids.

"A Coruña"by Belén 5B

Hi!.

This is my town.I live in A Coruña.It´s a city in the north west of Galicia,Spain. It´s by the Atlantic Ocean. It´s a blue and white city. The city is well- known for its characteristic glazed window balconies, called galerías. Here it is the Tower of Hercules, a Roman lighthouse that still nowadays helps the sailors find the way to the port.There is a beautiful Town Hall in María Pita Square.There are many shopping centers.There is the biggest shopping in Spain:Marineda City.There is a promenade.There are many beautiful museums:the Domus, Museum of Fine Arts, the Science Museum.In A Coruña there is a huge port that is full of boats.

I live near San Pedro Hill, it´s a very beautiful park and you can see all the city ,the sea, and Ferrol.

In A Coruña there are celebrations in August. An important holiday is on the night of San Juan, celebrated with a massive fireworks celebration, parade, bonfires, music, dancing , sardines and bread. It´s the welcome to summer, and its celebration takes place during the shortest night of the year.
